The 'Secret' to Success is
Consistent Attendance

You can choose from classes 6 days a week: Mondays-Fridays at 6 pm and Saturdays at 11 am.

The program includes unlimited classes for your child.
For best results, parents should bring their child to at least 3 or 2 classes a week, 11 classes a month minimum.

Your class times will be flexible from week to week.  For instance, if you bring your child to class Monday, Wednesday and Friday this week, then next week you could bring your child Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Since 1992, we have been using the basic teaching philosophy of positive reinforcement to build confidence, self discipline and the "Yes I Can!" positive attitude.

We use visual cues; front-back, left-right, above-below orientation; and mirror imaging to develop muscle memory that gives children a head start to connect verbal instructions - to physical movements.

Since 2001 we have provided an After School Martial Art Program and a Summer Camp with Sports and TaeKwonDo for children that includes a daily TaeKwonDo class.

What we have learned for the After School Program and Summer Camp has given us many more insights and skills to help us teaching children as well as adults in our evening and Saturday classes.

“Tae Kwon Do as an activity provides a complete package of mental and physical training.   Tae Kwon Do as a martial arts philosophy offers an environment that encourages each individual to always do the best they personally can do.
“Tae Kwon Do is an excellent family activity.  My sons Daniel, Ronnie, Mickey and I can practice together.
We can encourage each other to always do our best.”
– Ronald Kecman, Sr

“Tae Kwon Do has been great for Ashley.  Tae Kwon Do has helped her be more attentive and has also improved her balance in ballet.  "Ashley has also met many new friends who are very helpful when it’s time for her to advance to another  martial arts belt level.”
- J
oyce Fitzgerald, Ashley's mom

“My children have become better prepared to accept the rights and responsibilities of citizenship.  It provides structured physical and mental activity in a controlled  martial arts environment, where traditional values such as love of country, family, unity and harmony are stressed.”
- Walter Bloomfield
